Absolute leads the field of change management and transformation and has done since 1993. Primarily a service and training based organisation Absolute is able to offer a number of quality and tailored solutions to meet the needs of our broad and ever growing customer and client base.

Heading the team is Theresa Oakley-Smith, former academic and educationist. As well as having sat on numerous Ministerial Commissions of Enquiry (SAPS Racism, Vryburg High School), Terry is also well published, having been a contributing editor to The Star newspaper for many years.

Absolute is accredited through the Services SETA of South Africa and is a black owned enterprise. Awarded level 2 contributor rating by Honeycomb rating agency in 2009, Absolute strives to keep all of its interventions in line with its accreditation and BBBEE status
